Eelume S-series

The Eelume S-series AUVs comprise a diverse range of small to medium-class All-Terrain AUVs (All-Terrain Autonomous Underwater Vehicles) specifically engineered to map and operate close to challenging underwater topographies.

Ultra-high-quality data

By bringing class-leading sensors closer to areas of interest, ultra-high-resolution data is captured which brings autonomous ocean space discovery to the next level

Easy to operate

Our systems are designed to be easy to operate so you can focus on ocean discoveries and worry less about complex mission planning and traditional constraints of underwater surveys

2 person portable

The Eelume S-series ranges from 45 to 65 kg making them easy to deploy and retrieve, even from small inflatable RIBS or from shore

Close proximity imaging

Our All-Terrain AUVs provide a unique ability to capture 3D photogrammetry and photomosaic of complex underwater environments and structures, furthermore, capture class-leading photos and seabed bathymetry simultaneously

All-Terrain mapping

Unlike any other AUV in the market, Eelume All-Terrain AUVs have 360 degrees of freedom in roll and pitch. This ability opens a huge operational envelope for safe and sustainable exploration of underwater environments like hill-sides, underwater structures, under-ice and vessels, harbors, and more

Autonomous operation

Whether your preference lies in fully or semi-autonomous underwater surveys, our systems are designed to facilitate your oceanic discoveries through meticulous goal-based mission planning and in-mission data processing

Applications of All-Terrain AUVs

Although traditional AUVs have been utilized for a decade, there remains a vast untapped potential for expanding the deployment of environmentally sustainable AUVs within underwater environments that are either entirely inaccessible or accessible only via ROVs (Remotely Operated Vehicles) at present. In addition to addressing the conventional applications of AUVs, Eelume All-Terrain AUVs are poised to revolutionize new applications such as close-proximity imaging, photomosaic generation of subsea environments, photogrammetry, bathymetric mapping of intricate underwater terrain and structures, under-ice mapping, stop-and-inspect functionalities, and more. Our assortment of All-Terrain AUVs encompasses 2-person portable units, delivering ultra-high-quality data at an appealing cost level. This commitment aligns with our mission to enhance our clients' understanding of oceanic spaces while mitigating risks, reducing carbon emissions, and minimizing costs associated with ocean data collection endeavors.

Research

By utilizing the All-Terrain maneuverability of our AUVs complex underwater surveys like under ice research can easily be realized by a fraction of the carbon footprint and costs compared to traditional under-ice surveys

Energy

The operational envelope of utilizing AUVs for inspection and monitoring of critical and complex underwater infrastructure is hugely expanded by applying the unique features of our All-Terrain AUVs

Defence

By removing operational constraints of traditional AUVs, our All-Terrain AUVs provide groundbreaking opportunities in defense applications such as ISR and MCM

Exploration

The secrets of the ocean are yet to be discovered. Whether you are in archeology or seabed mapping our All-TerrainAUVs will eeluminate and unveil the unknowns of the ocean
